We had the opportunity to partner with Festivals for Good for the debut of the Brews, Boils, and Bubbles Festival (BBB) in New Orleans. Centered around boiled seafood and craft drinks, this 21+ food and beverage festival spoke to the heart of every Louisianian. Our role was to manage and facilitate all event sponsors' logistics and on-site activations.
Like our work with the National Fried Chicken Festival, we collaborated with BBB partners to create experiences that prioritized engagement, entertainment, and impact. These partners included Coca-Cola, Blue Plate Mayo, Louisiana Fish Fry, Southern Eagle, Moet Hennessy, and more.
BBB featured two exclusive VIP experiences that we helped bring to life: The Bugs and Brew Lounge, sponsored by Urban South, and the Rosé and Lobster Lounge, sponsored by Moët Hennessy. These premium experiences provided festival-goers with unique, high-end spaces that showcased each sponsor’s brand while elevating the overall event atmosphere. The Rosé and Lobster Lounge, for example, included custom photo opportunities, comfortable seating, and on-brand displays, all set against the backdrop of the main stage performances.
Our team helped conceptualize and manage the “Corona Beach Bar,” a beach-themed activation featuring entertainment from DJ Poppa, branded photo installations, and, of course, Corona for all festival attendees.
At NURA, we specialize in providing comprehensive sponsorship management services that deliver exceptional value to event organizers and sponsors. For festivals like BBB, our team served as sponsor liaisons, overseeing on-site activation logistics and ensuring that marketing benefits were maximized for the brands that played a crucial role in funding the event. We worked with sponsors weeks in advance to conceptualize engaging experiences that fostered meaningful audience interactions, ultimately enhancing brand visibility for both event producers and sponsors.
The first-year festival welcomed 5,000 guests and set the stage for future growth, with plans to return in 2025 as an all-ages event! Produced by the same Festivals for Good organization behind large-scale events like the National Fried Chicken Festival, BBB carried the mission of creating experiences with universal appeal and demonstrating that more unites us than divides us. Proceeds from Festivals for Good events are donated to charities that provide a community benefit—further amplifying the impact beyond the festival grounds.
We’re proud to have played a part in launching this incredible event and look forward to seeing its continued success.
